About the Journal
Archives of Endocrinology and Disorders is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality research related to the characterization, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of endocrine disorders. The journal welcomes clinical, basic, and translational research studies that provide novel insights into endocrine physiology, molecular and cellular mechanisms, genetics, pharmacology, epidemiology, and disease management.
The journal also considers manuscripts focusing on surgical advancements, innovative diagnostic technologies, monitoring tools, and computational modeling that contribute to improved understanding and treatment of endocrine diseases. All published content is made freely accessible online without restrictions or subscription requirements.

All manuscripts submitted to Archives of Endocrinology and Disorders
undergo an initial editorial screening to assess scope, originality, and ethical compliance.
Manuscripts passing this stage are subjected to a double-blind peer review by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and absence of conflicts of interest.
Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, reviewer recommendations, and ethical considerations, and are made independently of any financial considerations, including Article Processing Charges (APCs).
All submitted manuscripts, reviewer reports, and editorial communications are treated as confidential. Peer review is conducted in accordance with the ethical standards and best-practice guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
