All manuscripts submitted to Athenaeum Scientific Publishers undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a rigorous peer review process.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Editorial decisions are made independently based on scientific merit, relevance, and ethical standards.
There are no submission fees or peer review charges. Article Processing Charges (APCs), where applicable, are applied only after acceptance.

Participation in the optional membership program is not required for manuscript submission. Membership does not influence editorial evaluation, peer review, or acceptance decisions.
Where an author has an active membership plan, applicable publication processing for accepted manuscripts may be covered under that plan in accordance with the publisher’s policies.
Authors are encouraged to provide ORCID identifiers to ensure accurate attribution of scholarly work.
