About the Journal
Journal of Women Health and Research is a peer-reviewed, open access scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research focused on women’s health across the lifespan. The journal provides an international platform for clinicians, researchers, public health professionals, and academicians to disseminate scientifically rigorous, ethically conducted, and clinically relevant research.
The journal considers original contributions that advance understanding, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions affecting women, encompassing clinical, translational, population-based, and policy-oriented research.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Women Health and Research
undergo an initial editorial screening to assess scope, originality, and ethical compliance.
Manuscripts passing this stage are subjected to a double-blind peer review by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and absence of conflicts of interest.
Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, reviewer recommendations, and ethical considerations, and are made independently of any financial considerations, including Article Processing Charges (APCs).
All submitted manuscripts, reviewer reports, and editorial communications are treated as confidential. Peer review is conducted in accordance with the ethical standards and best-practice guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Publication Ethics
The journal aligns its editorial and publishing practices with the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The journal has clear policies for handling allegations of misconduct, plagiarism, data fabrication, conflicts of interest, corrections, and retractions.
