Journal of Women Health and Research is a peer-reviewed, open access scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research focused on women’s health across the lifespan. The journal provides an international platform for clinicians, researchers, public health professionals, and academicians to disseminate scientifically rigorous, ethically conducted, and clinically relevant research.
The journal considers original contributions that advance understanding, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions affecting women, encompassing clinical, translational, population-based, and policy-oriented research.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Women Health and Research undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a double-blind peer review process, unless otherwise stated. The average peer-review time is 2–4 weeks.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.
Publication Ethics
The journal adheres to high standards of publication ethics and aligns its editorial policies with the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Issues related to authorship, conflicts of interest, plagiarism, data integrity, and ethical approval are handled in accordance with established guidelines.

Indexing and Discoverability
All published articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through Crossref.
Articles are discoverable through scholarly search engines and academic discovery platforms such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Scilit, and ScienceOpen.
PubMed Central (article-level, conditional): In accordance with the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) Public Access Policy, authors of NIH-funded research may deposit the final peer-reviewed manuscript of their article in PubMed Central (PMC).
