By submitting a manuscript, the author confirms having read, understood, and agreed to the journal’s publication charges policy.
Publication Charges referred to on this page are Article Processing Charges (APCs) applicable only after acceptance.

As a self-financing publisher, we do not receive institutional or government funding, and we do not charge for article submission.
2. APC Amounts
APCs are levied only after a manuscript has undergone peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.
Manuscript Type | APC (USD) | APC (INR) |
Regular Articles | 198 | 5000 |
Special Articles | 159 | 3500 |
These fees are standardized across our journals and reflect the cost of high-quality publication services.
3. When Is Payment Required?
This means your article will not be published or assigned a DOI until the APC is paid in full.
4. Discounts and Waivers
To support equitable access to publishing, Athenaeum Scientific Publishers may offer discounts or waivers in specific circumstances, such as:
Waiver or discount requests should be submitted before acceptance, and decisions are made by the journal’s Editorial Board on a case-by-case basis.
5. No Hidden Charges
Our APC policy does not include any additional charges beyond the APC rates listed above. There are no submission fees, page charges, or color figure charges outside of the stated APCs.
6. Withdrawal and Non-Payment
Authors may withdraw a manuscript at any time prior to acceptance without incurring any Article Processing Charges (APCs).
If a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, APCs may apply in accordance with the journal’s withdrawal policy.
No APCs are charged for manuscripts that are rejected or withdrawn before acceptance.
7. Ethical Standards and Transparency
We adhere to high ethical standards and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Core Practices. These standards include:
